Public Offer — MockPoint

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter "the Offer") is an official proposal by Yakka tartibdagi tadbirkor Maqsudov Olloyor Iqboljon o'g'li (trading as "MockPoint", hereinafter "MockPoint"), JSHSHIR: 50104056930063, to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the User") who accepts its terms.

1.2. The full text of this Offer is published at https://mockpoint.uz/offer.

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the User makes a purchase through the MockPoint platform. Acceptance constitutes conclusion of a contract on the terms set forth herein.

1.4. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Uzbek versions of this Offer, the Uzbek version prevails.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. MockPoint provides access to mock test content for IELTS and Multi Level (CEFR) examinations via the website https://mockpoint.uz and the Telegram bot @mockpoint_bot.

2.2. Access is granted through one-time credentials (login and password) delivered after payment.

2.3. Each credential grants access to one test session.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment is made via the payment methods currently available on the platform.

3.2. The price of each test is displayed in Uzbek Sums (UZS) at the point of purchase and is final. MockPoint reserves the right to change prices; price changes do not apply to purchases already completed.

3.3. Payment confirmation is automatic upon successful transaction processing.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. Credentials are delivered automatically via the Telegram bot immediately after payment confirmation, or displayed on the website for web-based purchases.

4.2. Credentials are valid until used or for 30 days after purchase, whichever comes first.

4.3. Once a credential is used to start a test, it cannot be reused.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. The User agrees not to share credentials with third parties.

5.2. MockPoint reserves the right to update test content, platform features, and terms without prior notice.

5.3. The User is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and functional device during testing.

6. Data Handling

6.1. MockPoint stores account credentials, test responses, results, and purchase records solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6.2. MockPoint does not share User data with third parties except where required by law or by payment providers processing the transaction.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refund conditions are set forth in the Refund Policy at https://mockpoint.uz/refund.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.2. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are subject to the competent court at the Individual Entrepreneur's registered location.

1. Umumiy qoidalar

1.1. Ushbu Ommaviy Oferta (bundan buyon "Oferta") Yakka tartibdagi tadbirkor Maqsudov Olloyor Iqboljon o'g'li ("MockPoint" savdo nomi ostida faoliyat yurituvchi, bundan buyon "MockPoint"), JSHSHIR: 50104056930063, tomonidan har qanday jismoniy yoki yuridik shaxsga (bundan buyon "Foydalanuvchi") uning shartlarini qabul qilishga rasmiy taklifidir.

1.2. Ushbu Ofertaning to'liq matni https://mockpoint.uz/offer manzilida joylashtirilgan.

1.3. Ushbu Oferta Foydalanuvchi MockPoint platformasi orqali xarid qilganda qabul qilinadi. Qabul qilinishi ushbu Ofertada belgilangan shartlar bo'yicha shartnoma tuzilishini bildiradi.

1.4. Ushbu Ofertaning ingliz va o'zbek versiyalari o'rtasida nomuvofiqlik yuzaga kelgan taqdirda, o'zbek tilidagi versiya ustuvor kuchga ega.

2. Ofertaning predmeti

2.1. MockPoint IELTS va Multi Level (CEFR) imtihonlari uchun mock test kontentiga https://mockpoint.uz sayti va @mockpoint_bot Telegram boti orqali kirish imkonini beradi.

2.2. Kirish to'lovdan keyin yuboriladigan bir martalik hisob ma'lumotlari (login va parol) orqali beriladi.

2.3. Har bir hisob ma'lumoti bitta test sessiyasiga kirish imkonini beradi.

3. To'lov

3.1. To'lov platformada hozirda mavjud bo'lgan to'lov usullari orqali amalga oshiriladi.

3.2. Har bir testning narxi xarid vaqtida O'zbekiston so'mida (UZS) ko'rsatiladi va yakuniy hisoblanadi. MockPoint narxlarni o'zgartirish huquqini o'zida saqlab qoladi; narx o'zgarishlari allaqachon amalga oshirilgan xaridlarga taalluqli emas.

3.3. To'lov tasdig'i tranzaksiya muvaffaqiyatli qayta ishlangan zahoti avtomatik tarzda amalga oshadi.

4. Xizmatni yetkazib berish

4.1. Hisob ma'lumotlari to'lov tasdiqlangandan so'ng avtomatik ravishda Telegram bot orqali yuboriladi yoki veb-xaridlar uchun saytda ko'rsatiladi.

4.2. Hisob ma'lumotlari foydalanilgunga qadar yoki xariddan keyin 30 kun ichida amal qiladi (qaysi biri avval bo'lsa).

4.3. Hisob ma'lumoti testni boshlash uchun ishlatilgandan so'ng qayta foydalanib bo'lmaydi.

5. Huquq va majburiyatlar

5.1. Foydalanuvchi hisob ma'lumotlarini uchinchi shaxslarga bermaslikka rozi bo'ladi.

5.2. MockPoint test kontentini, platforma funksiyalarini va shartlarni oldindan ogohlantirmasdan yangilash huquqini o'zida saqlab qoladi.

5.3. Foydalanuvchi test paytida barqaror internet aloqasini va ishlaydigan qurilmani ta'minlash uchun javobgardir.

6. Ma'lumotlarni qayta ishlash

6.1. MockPoint hisob ma'lumotlari, test javoblari, natijalar va xarid yozuvlarini faqat xizmatni ko'rsatish maqsadida saqlaydi.

6.2. MockPoint Foydalanuvchi ma'lumotlarini uchinchi shaxslar bilan bo'lishmaydi, qonun bilan talab qilingan yoki tranzaksiyani qayta ishlovchi to'lov provayderlari tomonidan talab qilingan hollar bundan mustasno.

7. Qaytarishlar

7.1. Qaytarish shartlari https://mockpoint.uz/refund manzilidagi Qaytarish siyosatida belgilangan.

8. Amaldagi qonunchilik va sud tartibi

8.1. Ushbu Oferta O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlariga muvofiq tartibga solinadi.

8.2. Muzokaralar orqali hal etilmagan nizolar Yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorning ro'yxatga olingan joyidagi vakolatli sud tomonidan ko'rib chiqiladi.
